If your query is technical...
Our detailed online knowledge base contains answers to most of the questions you might ask, it's updated on a regular basis to
ensure it covers both common historical and current or topical information.
Sign-in
to your Site Control Panel and select 'Support Database'.
We have found that operating a 'trouble
ticket' system saves time - both in ensuring we
have your details correct - without you having to re-enter them, and in reducing ad-hoc calls which are commonly obviated once
any problem has been clearly laid out.
Hence, we don't offer technical support by telephone or dynamic email, but do endeavour to respond to 'trouble ticket' queries
within four hours.
If something that has been working should stop, do check the 'System
Status' to find out if there is a known problem or planned
maintenance in progress.
